The Winds That Blow

Sand Dunes

The winds that blow, blow in my direction
lift me to my place of disconnection
winds vest in me so deep to help me breathe

Those days are gone, you just don’t know it yet
and those who float in thin air flirt with death
your dance with it will someday do you in

Stop now from trying to discourage here
I’m disconnected from all darkened views
my magic dice will make you hibernate

Winds vest in me so deep it helps me breathe
helps me make another disconnection
the winds blow always in my direction

Your ways are gone, you just don’t know it yet
the winds that blow, so soon they will forget
